A minimum order of 4 is required for shipping.

Shipping Cost

Shipping will incur a flat rate fee to help with costs

• We Ship products throughout Australia using several courier services.
• Online orders must meet the minimum quantity of four products to qualify for shipping.
• FREE Shipping on 6 or more in an order.

Delivery Timeframes

It is best to order products at the beginning of the week as the products are shipped cold. Any orders made from Wed – Friday will be shipped the following Monday in order to ensure cold delivery.

Dispatch

Orders can vary from 1-2 weeks to 2-3 days. The variability is simply due to we are handmade artisan product, producing premium small batch’s when in production. The delays can be simply your order was placed at the beginning of a new batch of one of the flavours and we can’t ship until all of your order is ready for you.

Also based on the destination dispatch may be delayed as we want to make sure you receive your product chilled. A confirmation email will be sent to you to inform you of dispatch time based on your location with tracking details. We appreciate your understanding and patience at times, and we can guarantee you wont be disappointed when you do receive your order.

Track & Trace.

All orders placed online are delivered via Australia Post – Express Post. All products will be shipped with a tracking number; the tracking number will be emailed once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Once your order has been packed ready for dispatch you will see a consignment number and link to track your order directly through the courier’s website.

P.O. Boxes

We DO NOT post items to P.O Boxes. If you are not around for delivery and you order is sent to the nearby post office for pick, please ensure collection is immediate.
