A minimum order of 4 is required for shipping.

Shipping Cost

Shipping will incur a flat rate fee to help with costs

• We Ship products throughout Australia using several courier services.
• Online orders must meet the minimum quantity of four products to qualify for shipping.

Delivery Timeframes

It is best to order products at the beginning of the week as the products are shipped cold. Any orders made from Wed – Friday will be shipped the following Monday in order to ensure cold delivery.

Dispatch

Stock items are dispatched with 1-2 business days. Based on destination dispatch may be delayed as we want to make sure you receive your product chilled. A confirmation email will be sent to you to inform you of dispatch time based on your location.

Track & Trace

All orders placed online are delivered via courier. All products will be shipped with a tracking number; the tracking number will be emailed once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Once your order has been packed ready for dispatch you will see a consignment number and link to track your order directly through the courier’s website.
