Wow, this stiff tastes fantastic. It’s my 2nd day & my digestion is better already. Made sour dough toast, avocado, kimchi then tomato – delicious. Bought a salad roll today & added a good serving of Kimchi making lunch a lot more appetising. Highly recommend, I actually get cravings for it.

A health conscious family member gifted me a jar of this and it sat like an ornament in my fridge for nearly a month…i thought i might re-gift as i’m not generally a fan of ferments, and figured it wouldn’t taste nearly as good as it looked….it’s rare that i’m wrong about anything, and even rarer i would fess up when i am… however, having gobbled most of the jar in about a week, it would seem my assessment was slightly inaccurate…LOVE Organics kimchi
